If you overeat one day and then undereat the day after, does your caloric intake balance out? Would my calories still fall into place at the end of the week? Can I just fast for the day I already ate all of my calories? Please no comments about crash diet or how this is bad for me! I'm just looking for a straight forward answer! Im a 5’4 female and I’m 193 pounds, I’m down about 11 pounds at the moment but am looking to be 135 at the end and then start maintaining!
I eat about 1200-1500 calories a day and I’m not very active but I am up and on my feet almost every day if that helps!

Edit: I ate 1200 calories today and then ate tomorrow’s which is another 1200.
