Why don't i have a sense of accomplishment?

Hi, i'm a 23M and have been fat all my life, i've been on this journey since late 2020 and had many ups and downs. My starting weight was 115kg/253lb, i have tried dozens of times to lose weight in the past, from gyms to swimming and martial arts, i tried my fair share of things but could never make it stick. But this time it just did but i couldn't tell you why, it just did, i didn't try anything new.

Since then i am down to 85kg/187lb, but for some reason i don't feel a sense of accomplishment. I always thought i would feel super happy and motivated when i lost a bunch of weight but all i feel is indifference. I tried to congratulate myself everytime i got on the scale and lost more weight but i just felt stupid.

My goal is around 70-75kg/154-165lbs, and hopefully when i get there i'll get the feeling of a job well done
