this might sound extreme to some people but due to intense restriction my body’s gotten used to consuming 100-350 calories per day. im realizing how unhealthy that is and was wondering if anyone has recommendations on how to fix my metabolism and raise my intake without gaining weight if possible? would working out more while raising my intake help with this? any tips would be appreciated:) also worth noting whenever i go over around 350 calories i feel very nauseous and stuffed
