I am doing Yoga/Pilates daily. I quit smoking (cigarettes). I stared eating an Alkaline diet to combat heartburn (I need to avoid acidic, greasy foods).
However, today I decided to smoke a joint.
And guess the result? Eating greasy Potatoes with a side of spicy Sausages- And cheesecake.I just... Couldn't stop myself. I feel really gross right now. I kow a day of binging won't suddenly make me gain a lot of weight, but I'm a bit of an emotional eater and it's hard, you know? I tend to overeat and then I physically (and emotionally) feel sick.
Any tips on how to combat cravings? (even those that don't happen when we smoke joints)
I'm not technically overweight, but I'm not as slim and toned as I want to be, and I just don't feel like I belong in my body...
