Hello lose it folks!
January 15! Sunday funday. Anyone out there making new recipes for meal prep? I’m about to do a fake meat beef & barley soup.
Log before I eat everything: Got it today.
1800 – 2000 calories a day: I’m allowing myself a maintenance day, I feel I've done really well on my goals including the scale & it’s shark week, so I think I can let myself have this one.
Exercise five days a week: Over an hour of walking & I’m going to do some yoga boses for my lower back. 11/15 days.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Got it today! Haven't played today. 15/15 days.
Read & respond to at least 3 comments a day on this post: Off to comment!
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for seeing a heron. They silly looking water fowl & they remind me of home.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: Quiet time with my trash TV.
