What is considered "sedentary", "lightly active" and "active" ?

Hello everyone ! First of all, sorry if the post isn't allowed here, I'll change it to better suits the need of the subreddit !

I ( 24 M, 220 lbs, 5'10 or 100kgs for 1.80m ) am currently following a diet to lose weight and achieve my goal of 165 lbs or 75 kgs. I'd like to notice that I've already lost 10 lbs or 5 kgs since the start of the year, which is also the start of my diet !

My diet simply consist of eating around 2200 kcal, 45% carbs, 35% prot and 20% fat, but I was wondering if my current diet is suited for, the problem is that I don't know if i'm considered "lightly active" or "active".

Whenever I go to my university, which is around 5 times per week, I walk around 12000 steps, and I'm going to the gym to work out, also 5 times per week and after each work out, I do around 15 to 20 min of light cardio, such as treadmill slope at 5% 4mph.

Here's one of my typical work out session :

Bench press 5x10 ( 60 kgs/130 lbs )

Curl Z-bar 5x12 ( 42.5 kgs/92 lbs )

Inclined Bench Press Dumbells 5x12 ( 20 kgs/44 each dumbell)

Hammer Curl Cross Body 5x10 ( 10 for each arms )

Pecs Fly dropset 4x12 ( 50 kgs/110 lbs )

Low rope Cable Hammer Curls ( 10kgs/22 lbs)

Thank you all and wish you the best !!
