To those that regularly make meal replacement/protein shakes in the morning for breakfast (homemade not ready made you bought) what are your go-to ingredients?

I'm a firm breakfast believer. I think it's essential to get that protein and energy in your body to carry you throughout the day and I will fight anyone who says otherwise lol not really but I really do think it helps.

I've been making shakes for breakfast for several months now and the current version I got going is really enjoyable.

For a few weeks I had blueberries and passion fruit in them but those ran out and I haven't bought anymore, but this is what I'm running.

  1. Banana

  2. Two heaping tablespoons of Greek yogurt

  3. Some cashew milk(I don't measure it)

  4. A handful of baby spinach

  5. Peanut butter protein powder

  6. I like a spicy kick so I put in Cinnamon, chili powder and ground red pepper as well

  7. Sometimes I've been known to crack a raw egg in there too cause fuck it rocky did it and he seemed alright

It's very tasty and goes down quick. I have to stop myself from chugging it down in like 10 seconds and actually enjoy it and relax for a minute with it.

So you know mine, what do you put in yours?
