Day 19! I hope you’re all having a lovely Thursday.
Log before I eat everything: Got it today.
1800 – 2000 calories a day: On it. Grabbed the wrong tuperware this morning so my meal prep was replaced with beans. Could’ve been worse. Yeesh.
Exercise five days a week: 35 minute lunch walk & 15 minute stationary bike & about 15 minutes of yoga for my lower back. 14/19 days.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Got it today! Haven't played today. I’d like to later. 19/19 days.
Read & respond to at least 3 comments a day on this post: Off to read & respond!
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for less work stress. Holy shit does that make my days better.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: White strips & a lovely bath.
