Exercise five days a week: TBD today, ended up walking yesterday. 16/21 days.

Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for a good nights sleep & some quiet time today.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: Finishing my laundry & double checking my meal prep recipe for tomorrow.
