Hi all! So I’ve had previous success with CICO and keto but 2022 was a long stressful year for me due to being in nursing school. Needless to say, I fell off the wagon and was not consistent with my healthy diet or exercise. However I’m about to graduate and start my first nursing job, and I’m motivated now more than ever to get back into the gym and eat healthy again! I just wanted to post this and speak it into existence and hopefully motivate others too that had a rough or stressful year in 2022 and wants to get back on that fitness/health journey! You all have got this!
