I started a few months ago, and so far I’ve lost ~15 lbs. I started adding jogging intervals like 2 weeks ago, and I never really noticed how much difference it made.
Whenever I take my dog for a walk, I like to run the last 300 ft or so with him. I used to get really out of breath doing that. I hadn’t walked him in a while, and today, when I ran that section, I felt perfectly fine. It’s hard to believe just how much difference 15 lbs makes.
