It's Day 0 (again).
I'm not able to go to the gym, based on not having any available at the times I would need nearby.
What are some actually good maybe Youtubers, or TikTok/Instagram people who put out good BEGINNER friendly workouts (I have two 3lbs weights), and a Yoga Mat.
No jumping would be ideal where I would be working out before/after my kiddos go to bed.
I am 100% dedicated this time to making the shift, and changes. I just get really overwhelmed with everything out there and not knowing what is actually good and what is clickbait!
