I have learned, over the last several years, that if I eat in the morning (breakfast), I become ravenous throughout the whole day. It becomes impossible to manage hunger, no matter what I eat at that time. So, I don't eat breakfast.
In more recent months, I have found that I am becoming uncomfortably, even painfully hungry mid-work-day. I work 8AM to 5PM Monday thru Friday, so around noon-ish I start to feel it. During my lunch break, I try to pick something to tide me over until dinner time. No matter what I eat though, I become ravenous again like I would with breakfast. My intake is significantly higher on days when I eat during my lunch break.
Easy solution is to fast from after dinner until dinner the next day, but then I am dealing with pain at work which is impacting my ability to concentrate.
Does anyone else deal with this? Will my body eventually just adjust if I become stricter with my fasting schedule?
