Hello lose it folks!
Day 11! What a Wednesday Wednesday. I hope yours was wonderful.
Log before I eat everything: Got it today. Not sure what protein I'm having with dinner but I'll log before I nosh.
1800 – 2000 calories a day: Got it under control today.
Exercise five days a week: 40 minute lunch walk & a some yoga poses. I'm beat today kids. 8/11 days.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Nailed it. 11/11 days.
Read & respond to at least 3 comments a day on this post: I read comments yesterday but didn’t comment back. I'll hit it up right meow & hopefully have time to converse with y’all.
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for my new active wear. Cute sports bras are legit.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: Going to make sure I do lotion gloves tonight. It's dry & cold.
