January 14, a full two weeks into the month! Off to the races. I hope you’re all enjoying your weekend.
Log before I eat everything: Got it today.
1800 – 2000 calories a day: Got it under control today. Having dinner out so some estimating but I'm feeling good. Love me some pho.
Exercise five days a week: 35 minute walk at a curated garden near me & vigorous cleaning & chores. 10/14 days.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Got it today! 14/14 days.

Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for some quiet time.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: I’m reorganizing my under sink storage which includes all my favorite skin care stuff & bath supplies.
