Hi, I'm 5'1 and overweight and I would like some advice!

I am 5'1 and female, and I am around 165 pounds... I don't have a scale so I'm going based off the last time I was weighed.

I would really like to lose weight but it's hard to know where to start. I have started exercising for half an hour every day. Is that enough? I am pretty unfit as you could probably guess, so I wanted to start off smaller. I sometimes play sports casually with my friends on weekends, that was my wake up call because I could not keep up!

I have been interested in calisthenics but I am not that strong so it is hard to do a lot of the exercises I see. Any suggestions for me?

Should I start running? Do you have any exercise recommendations for a beginner?

I also do calorie count, but I have no food scale so I use more rough measurements with measuring cups and spoons. I have been making healthier choices and drinking more water and tea. What other advice do you guys have for me? Thank you!
