After almost being 400 lbs

I 32m at 5'9 decided that it was enough in January. And in these 3 weeks i went from 385 to 370. Hope to see a 2 on the scale before the end of the year.

I try to reduce my fast food intake to twice a month coming from (Not even kidding) 2-3 times a day for the last 4 months or so... And at the end i just didn't notice anymore how much "shit" i ate. It's insane how well the body can adapt. But i'm also glad i've ended it like i did. There are still some missteps when it comes to me overeating, mostly bread with cheese but i'm seriously doing way better. Not just physically but also mentally.

I ate a lot of fast food after 2 weeks of NOT eating that unhealthy mess i normally ate before January. I've been having diarrhea the whole evening and this last one 5 minutes ago was so violent and foul that i'm quite sure my body is now clenched and drained from any bad stuff in there.

It is incredible how much just at least TRYING to watch what you eat does for you.
