I'm 31f, current weight is 13 stone 2 (184 lbs) and 5 foot 5. My goal weight is 10 stone (140 lbs)
I previously weighed just over 200lbs in 2017 and managed to reach (and exceed my goal weight) in 2018. Then lockdown happened, now I wfh full time and I don't exercise. I ate through boredom and depression.
Now I'm at this weight. Last time what helped was a forum or a community to share my progress with. I'm opting for a CICO with IF.
