Background - 33 female 166cm, currently 102kg highest ever weight😬😰, had been anywhere between 55kg to 68kg for majority of my life. Def had some disorder eating thrown in there! From 27 years old gained weight, from just bad food choices and medication (antidepressants increased appetite). At 29 I hit 93kg and lost weight down to 65kg but gained it back and more. I don’t want to spend the next year yo yoing. I not going on a diet I changing lifestyle. Slow changes. I want to hear ppls expierence with daily excerise (walking) how did it change you? And just relative helathy eating. Other than weight loss? Did you have more energy? Did you notice reduce anxiety? I’m so tired lately! And I’m sure it’s my weight that’s causing this!
