When I was losing weight, I would weigh myself every Monday morning and track my progress. I'm 5'10, M/23. My SW was 245 and I'm down to 175 now. My GW is 170, which is probably another month within reach.
But now that I reach my goal weight, I'm wondering if there's any benefits to still weigh myself weekly? I enjoy working out every other day and have logged my food daily since it helps me feel in control of my eating habits. But, to continue to weigh myself weekly seems kinda obsessive. I was thinking of biweekly or even monthly, especially seeing how weight tends to fluctuate week to week with one big meal. As long as I'm between 170-180lbs, I'm honestly fine, and I feel like a monthly weigh in would help me set nutrition goals if I ever fall under/over that vs a weekly weigh in which may be the result of a new years meal and constipation.
