I just started trying to better my health my going to the gym and eating better/less. I would binge eat every evening after my kids were in bed, I ate like shit during the day, and I didn’t hardly move my body at all.
In the past month I’ve slowly started better habits: no more late night binging, I’m going to the gym and doing yoga 3x a week.
I’ve noticed tho that I have terrible gas now, usually after I eat. Could this be my GI adjusting to the changes??
