I’ve been doing Keto along with a 1000-calorie deficit for four months (45lbs down); however, I’m so bored with the Keto part of it and would like to eat a bit more fruits and some rice/bread. I don’t plan on increasing my carbs by much…say up to 50g or 100g
If I reintroduce carbs while maintaining my deficit, will I gain water weight? If so, what would be the best way to mitigate this? Could drinking more water help?
