Hi, i’m new to fitness so this might be dumb, but i’ve been eating in a 500 calorie deficit for nearly 3 weeks now and all the food is relatively healthy, I also workout daily or every other day, but i’m not seeing any weight drop, of course I don’t expect big significant changes but I was excepting to lose about 1-3kg at least, seeing the scale stay the same is kind of demotivating. Should I just keep doing what i’m doing and wait longer? or try something else?
