Today is Thursday and let us do a thump challenge...
The challenge is going to be about fitness obviously and it will be about your favorite workout / exercise.
I choose - Easy Burpees.
Tomorrow morning I will update my post on how many easy burpees I was able to do and will share it in the comments.
You can choose your favorite exercise.
Deadlifts, Skipping Rope, Push-ups, Pull-ups
The challenge is about sharing your current count and how much you did on Thursday Thump Challenge.
Let's get started. I will not jump up high and won't be doing the push-up :)
I'll go easy. As of now I can do 10 and take a break and do another 10 3 times so total I can do 30 with 2 breaks.
I will aim for 50-60 even if it takes a longer break in the later sets.
Let's Thump it. What say?
