I just started working out about 3 weeks ago and have been noticing some extreme sadness and weepiness about once or twice a week. My mental health was stable before — I do take medication but it’s been the same dosage for the last 3 years and I take it at the same time every night. I eat primarily a whole foods plant-based diet, except the days that I am feeling upset since it’s harder. I have a hard time focusing those days too. I’m tracking my nutrients in Cronometer and don’t see any vitamin deficiencies. My life isn’t more stressful recently either. I can’t think of why I am experiencing sudden moodiness as a result of exercising. Has this happened with anyone else?
