Throwaway account. I'm asking on behalf of my very young (20m) brother who lost 150lbs. He has very little loose skin; however, his "man boobs" were disproportionately large when he was overweight and he has been left with a lot of extra skin on his chest. He wears coats on 100°F days, trying to cover himself. He talked about surgery, and I offered to pay for it, but he decided against it. He asked me if there was any kind of undershirt that I knew of that would help him smooth out the region. I've been searching online and I don't really know what I'm looking for! Please help! I just want my brother to feel comfortable leaving the house and wearing normal clothes.
