Hello, I'm here to ask advice from you, and i hope i can get it ☺️. I'm 20 years old 165cm tall (5ft 5) and weight around 97kg (190lbs) that's 32 BMI. Most of my life I've been active handball player and in fit condition. Lately I've been looking out on my diet (2 months) and weight lifting (4 months). I'm at a braking point where i can look my self in the mirror again but terribly disappointed at so i was thinking of taking fat burners as to help me with the progress. I know they make a lot of stress on your body so i have the following questions:
How bad are they for a 20yr old male? Do they affect your sex life? Are they really effective? Which ones worked the best for you? Currently I'm thinking of taking Day and Night burner by QNT CARE or taking Animal Cuts.
