Mw: 220kgs CW: 83kgs GW: 75kgs I posted here about 5 months ago how I was struggling to get below 100kgs. I hit my goal of this year that was to get my weight down to 85kgs. So since the begining of this year I have successfully lost and kept 20kgs (~40lbs) of weight and kept it off. For next year my goal is to get rid of another 10kgs and keep it off.
The advice I got here really worked for me. With the help of a dietician I could plan and implement a strict regiment and stuck to my workout plans. I am proud of myself.
The only downside is I need to go shopping since all my clothes are too big and baggy now. But I am not complaining. I am at the lowest weight in all my adult life and I am starting to love myself again. I am starting to get that confidence back that everyone talks about.
