Not sure if this is the right place for this but in order to lose weight I started lifting weights. I recently noticed how defined my hamstrings and quads are getting and I’m really happy about it. However I still have quite a bit of fat in my inner thighs. I know it’s impossible to spot reduce so I wanted to try and build some muscle there in order to “tighten” and “tone” the area. Are there any specific exercises I should be doing? I already do sumo/pliĆ©/lateral squats with weights and it doesn’t seem to be doing much for the area.
