My last physical in Feb 2021 my doc told me I need to lose 20-25 lbs. well here we are end of the year and I lost 2 lbs. I try to eat healthy but I’m so addicted to sugar and chocolate. How do you get away from the sugar/chocolate cravings? I don’t drink soda (maybe 1 a month, I’m mostly a water gal), but any kind of candy, cookie, chocolate whatever I have no will power. It’s been almost a year and I’ve made no progress, I feel like such a failure.
