Still have some weight to lose. Scared to increase my calorie intake from 1200

164cm and 57kg female. I was on a 1200cal (estimated from mfp to lose) and low carb (50-60g) diet for the past four months. I lost a lot of weight, around 15-17kgs.

I want to lose a couple more too. But i felt really unhealthy when i did this diet. Im vegetarian so most of my protein sources have carbs and i have been avoiding them. I wasn’t getting enough protein and my hair fell out, i felt weak throughout and lost my period. I want to make changes to my diet but im afraid of the weight bouncing back.

Most people recommend protein powders but im not in a place to afford it regularly. I have increased my calorie intake to 1500 since a few days ago and carbs to 100g. Is this the right thing to do or are there better alternatives?
