In 4 days I have lost 3 kg.
I weigh 57 kg, 166 cm, and on Tuesday I was 60 kg. My goal weight is 53 kg (which is my pre-pandemic weight).
Tracked calories & activity rate, I'm eating 1,100-200 kcal and have a 400-600 kcal deficit each day. I went on a 15-minute light jog twice, but that's it. I have a sedentary job.
Is this water weight?
Should I be happy or concerned?
Or keep on keeping on?
