I get light headed when I stand up most of the time and my hands and feet are cold alot more. I'm sticking to whole foods mostly meats and veggies not craving the junk/processed foods or sugar and carbs as much as I used to. I don't get the cravings and the satisfaction anymore when I eat I feel sad thinking of eating, guess I just miss the comfort Just seeing if anyone else felt the same way after changing diet
