I weighed 189kg, just lost 10kg for the first time, I've been overweight ever since 7 and now I'm 21 years old. I'm only starting to be more serious about my diet changes, because depression and other emotions were stopping me like "cravings" or "boredom". I'm heading to lose 100kg but doing in baby steps ofc. :)
And what has helped do this was because I had enough of feeling the same way and because it's for my health too since I have sleep apnea. I might do before and after photos for the future. I want to feel better and healthier and happier and lighter. And I want to be able to wear clothes I love.
