i have been going to the gym for a little over a month now. before working out i practiced curly girl hair routine and washed my hair once a week. now that i go to the gym my hair gets pretty soaked at the roots in sweat. i tried washing it once a day with just water but it dried my hair out and is giving me dandruff. now im messing with a ton of different dry scalp shampoos but its expensive and barely working. its also making my hair split and my curls are flat. i bought the colored dry shampoo and regular dry shampoo but find it annoying to blend the color into my hair and i always look like i have gray spots. how do you guys deal with it??? its driving me crazy!!
