Gauging exercise/activity level when calculating TDEE

I'm (22M) trying to lose weight, I'm currently at 83kg at 177cm and I'm trying to cut down to around 77kg. I work an 9-5 office job however I train 4-5 days at the gym and I play basketball for around 3-4 days a week at the park.

My BMR is around 1800, so I was eating an average of 2200 calories a day when I set my activity levels at moderately active however if I set my activity level at sedentary, I am needing to eat at 1950 calories.

Do I set my activity level at sedentary even though I am still relatively active?

Secondly, if I'm eating at 1950 calories, do I need to factor in the calories that I've burned from exercise? For example, if I burn approximately 200 calories from exercise, would I be able to intake those calories lost from food (I'd be eating at 2150 calories) or do I strictly eat at 1950 calories?
