I’m a college student and want to loose 40 lbs in upcoming months, however the problem is the I can’t cook . I have a kitchen but I can’t cook a lot . I want to know people who don’t generally cook and usually eat out but stay in a caloric deficit , how were the results ? I really need to know that because I eat outside foods like frozen foods and stuff but not like from restaurants, only from chipotle . I’d really want to know if eating ready to eat meals as long as you stay in a Caloric deficit and do exercise? Thanks
