advice for eating healthy with sensory issues?

im 16 and gained 60 lbs due to medication, my doctor moved me to a weight neutral pill but i still need to lose weight. i want to but its always been a struggle for me because almost all fruits and vegetables have a disgusting texture. foods i can eat are potato's, broccoli, lettuce, and oranges. foods i can tolerate sometimes is bananas, asparagus, and carrots. all the rest are so icky and make me wanna cry when i eat them. does anyone else struggle with this? how can i get over it?
