Been doing so well for over two years, but since September I’ve stopped counting calories and have been indulging more than usual. Feeling so cruddy! I was going to the gym + barre classes 6 days a week- now I am doing TRX/Circuit Training 5-6 days with gym maybe 3-4, but eating more recklessly.
Was 20lbs from my goal weight & now I’ve been terrified to check where I am at!
Just posting this to hold myself accountable. Tomorrows a new day, I need to get back into the healthy eating mindset.
