Hey,
I've been cutting since April and I've so far managed to get from 100 kg (220 lb) at roughly 30% BF to 85 kg (187 lb) at roughly 17%. I'm now trying to look for some sort of end goal and with that in mind firstly, I still have visible love handles which are making me feel like I look out of shape and was wondering when I can hope for those to be less prominent? (I do get that this can vary from person to person so even something more general will be appreciated). And secondly there's that aim that lots of people have which is to have the visible abs (still feel like im currently way off that), I do get that it happens at ~10/12% Body fat but I'm looking for a rough weight estimate for me so I've got something to aim for while I'm doing this.
If it helps I'm 6'0.
