Day 2! The first Thursday of December!
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remove moral judgement/stigma/shame directed at yourself about it: Weighed in, working on logging, got a new phone & am shuffling everything about.
Maintenance calories: Yikes. Missed it today.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work 3 days a week): Rest day. 1/2 days.
So I know it's not November, but I'm going to keep working on this. Is that weird? Maybe. Nanowrimo -1,666 words a day(replacing the journal goal for this month): 54561/50000 words. I did some writing today but it was mostly lists.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for being able to run down to a Target & pay a couple bucks for a reasonable frozen meal instead of smashing too much trash from a fast-food place. Not everyone can make those choices (yay food deserts, not) & I’m very lucky.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I choose to drink lots of water & work on some outstanding to dos.
