Sudden feeling of fatigue at gym after working out for a couple months

Ive been working out around 4 days a week for the past 2 months and all of a sudden I am now feeling weaker. I take a lifting class that is catered to my goals and boxing class thats mixed with cardio, I've been doing well but all of a sudden I notice I feel more tired than usual and I feel like I cant finish the class. It's harder to catch my breath and I feel like i'm going to throw up. Its how I felt when I first started working out :(

I also noticed my weight is going down but I still feel squishy and not as toned, sometimes I look in the mirror and feel even bigger. I went from 149 to 141 pounds at 5'5, and granted my diet could improve more (I will be starting Jenny Craig since my mom is doing it and thought I could give it a shot) But is it normal to all of a sudden feel completely drained from working out even though i've been doing to consistently??
