i’d thought i’d share this to help others in a similar situation. i’ve been in a bit of a weight-loss lull, and losing a bit of motivation after hitting a plateau. every two months i donate blood, and today the nurse had me get on the scale so she could make sure i was above the minimum weight to donate! i’ve never had this happen before. when she saw i was above the limit, she commented “oh you’re just tall!”.
i am not the tallest by any means, but something about my figure must’ve made her second guess herself, even for a moment.
this is just your reminder or sign that even a plateau is progress, and doesn’t take away any progress you’ve made already! hang in there!!
