"Just eat what you like!"

Y'know, a peppermint mocha and a banana loaf from Starbucks can't hurt, right? It's just a drink and a little loaf? That's 82g of sugar. The recommended daily is 25g - 35g

Or a gingerbread loaf instead makes it 103g of sugar

Okay, how about a nice dish like fettuccine Alfredo? 2 cups let's say. 1200 calories.

Grilled cheese? 400~ calories. (Also, dairy is bad for skin but that's unrelated)

Anyways, just eating "what you want' nowadays is usually unhealthy... at least for people like me and the people on this sub. I don't blame people for being bigger nowadays! With food around every corner, it being readily available, and so much unhealthy content inside of it, no fucking wonder America has an obesity problem.
