20/M/ 5’5 SW:125.5kg GW: 70kg
I started my journey in 20/4/2021 and aiming to lose 55.5kg to be within a healthy BMI. My starting weight was 125.5kg and I was at my lowest point in my life at the time and being obese contribute to it as I can rarely join my friends on their activities due to physical limitation. As of 10/11/2021, I lost 26.5 kg and I weight 99kg.
Im felt great about it and people are starting to notice the change and I’m starting to get comfortable wearing my desired clothings. But I think that’s the problem, being comfortable in my body made me not lose weight. My routine started to change and I started to lack discipline and Im honestly scared I will gain my weight back. As of writing this,4/12/2021, I have made zero progress and still weights 99kg, I have not gain any but I’m not losing any either. I’m afraid that I’ll stagnate and have a hard time to start losing it again.
