So I recently noticed my medication caused me to gain close to 20 pounds and I disliked how it made me feel. I decided to try Slimfast diet shakes. You drink two shakes a day while fasting and then have an ordinary meal. First, I noticed the pounds started to shed away little by little, then I noticed i was less hungry than before and when my one ordinary meal came to be I hardly cared to eat. I've dropped 7 pounds and I don't even feel like I'm fasting, this feels super normal. It's working! I noticed that as I eat smaller amounts of calories, while still working away and using the bathroom often enough, I lose about one pound every two days. I weigh myself often and I watch as gradually the number goes down. I've been able to lose 5 pounds before on a diet but 7 pounds is different because normally after that first 5 they just come right back. I hardly notice my eating habits being limited as I can still eat what I want in small portions and I'm not hungry for more than that. I just ate a slice of pizza and was immediately full at the one slice. My appetite is decreasing. I thought these gimmicks were a scam, but maybe not.
