You name it, I've tried it. I've struggled for years to find something that works.
After trying a bunch, I'm very aware fad diets won't work long term.
This summer I tried Noom for two months and that got me into Calorically Dense foods and whole foods (not processed).
Today I drank, gradually, over 100oz of water, had whole wheat bread, apples, bananas, nuts, beans, mushrooms, carrots, and cucumber.
Had a 320cal Mexican grain bowl for dinner.
And I was still starving and I still felt like binging. It was the same awful, hungry feeling as if I had eaten cupcakes and pretzels and candy all day.
I feel like I'm always going to have this tumultuous struggle and never find something I'm comfortable with.
Anyone else go though this?
