Started CICO Monday morning, weighing in at 190.4, 5’2 and 25 years old - and have been getting almost exactly 1200 calories each day. My daughter is almost 2, but still nurses once or twice a day and probably 4-5 times at night, sometimes more as we bed-share and she has free access to the bar all night long! As of this morning (Thursday) my weight was 188.2, and I’ve gotta be honest - I’m hungry, I go to bed hungry and wake up hungry, but thought I was just used to huge calorie meals because I was eating pretty badly before! But what number would you guys recommend for a 1-2 lb a week loss? Am I already doing it? Thanks!
