6'0 (210lbs) Need help getting more protein.

Hey guys, I am currently doing a PPL split 6 days a week and 2 sessions of low intensity cardio (about 3.8mph walking for 20-30 minutes) a day. I am trying to retain as much of my muscle mass as I can while cutting down to around 170 pounds. Then once I am there I am going to try maingaining until I drop the bodyfat until I hit 11%

I am cutting on 1500 calories, however I am really having some troubles hitting that 170g of protein mark that I like to hit on the limited calories.

Day to day I am eating - Liquid egg whites, protein powder with no sugar almond milk, chicken breast, other lean sources of protein, light popcorn, maybe a fruit here or there if the calories allot it, and then about once a day I'll have something that I like within the 3-400 calorie range just to keep this sustainable.

My question is how could I get more protein in per day?
