Newcomer in need of help

Heelo everyone. As you can tell by the title, it's my first time in this sub, and also I'm not very familiar with reddit so I hope I format this correctly.

I am 5'11'' 20 year old male who currently weights 192 pounds. I've been trying to find ways to live E more healthy life and overall, lose weight. I've tried working out and running, however, working out has always been a pain as I never know what exercises to do even after spending hours reviewing what I should do. Running I definitely enjoy though.

I sometimes run almost for a whole hour, on the threadmil if that makes any difference at ~4mph. I find that much easier as I just have to simply do that, run. Nevertheless, I find that I cannot find a dirt that will allow me to lose weight. I've tried to find guides or explanations as to what to eat or how to formulate my meals to keep up with the necessary calories required for weight lose. This never helps though, I always find that there's too much information.

I don't want to give up, but it seems that no matter what I do I just cannot seem to go anywhere, either with my routine or meal selection. Everytime I try to start something I get completely lost. If someone smhefe could suggest anything that may help someone in my situation I would be very grateful.
